1.Do you ship worldwide?

2. Where you ship goods from?
We have warehouses worldwide. We ship from the nearest warehouse depending where the order is coming from.
3. What is the shipping time?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, and fulfillment (e.g. tailoring, quality check and packaging). All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the order(s) and forwards the goods to the warehouse where the item will undergone quality check before shipping to customer, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the buyer's location.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service product with an average shipping time of 9-21 days, after processing and leaving the warehouse for shipping.
4. Where can I track the status of the order?
We will send the tracking number via email to you, and you can use the tracking number to track the order status on our website here.
1.What payment method can you accept for orders?
We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments viaDragonpaywhere you can pay thru payment centers near you.
2. My payment was declined, why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why:
The card has no funds available.
You entered the wrong CSV security code.
Card is expired.
You entered the wrong billing information.
The card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases), there is a hold on the card.
In any event by calling your issuing bank to know more about why your is being declined.
You can try:
Using a different credit card or
Try using Paypalas your checkout method (they accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club).
3.How do I cancel my order?
Only orders placed within 12 hours can be cancelled. Cancellation request may be done by sending us a message on Facebook here. Refund will be issued accordingly if card has been charged or thru Paypal, depending on the payment method used.
4. Is my information secured in using this site?
Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secured commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
5.What if my address is wrong?
If your address is not available, we will send you an email. Please be sure to check your email within 24-72 hours after placing your order. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order within that period.

For flawed items, you have 2 choices.
1. Request for replacement
We have a 7-days replacement policy. Once you have received your order, make sure to check the item right away, keep the original packaging in tact in case you wish to return the product later on instead of replacement.
Request for a replacement by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please attach pictures of the item for documentation purposes highlighting the flaw and in the body of your email please state the reason for the replacement request.
Once we received this, we will start to fulfill an item replacement of the same kind of product that you have ordered.
We cannot send you a different kind of product if we still have stock left.
However, if we already ran out of stock for the specific product you ordered, we will ask you to choose from given products we will send for you to choose from and send you the product of your choice to replace the product you have ordered. If you don't like any of them, you can then opt for the next option below.
2. You can return the item you ordered for a refund if you don't want a replacement.
You return the item within 7 days from the day you have received the item provided that the original packaging is still intact and condition of the item is still in brand new condition.
In requesting for a refund and returning ordered item, please email us at email@example.com. In your email, please attach pictures of the item for documentation purposes highlighting the flaw and in the body of your email please state the reason for the return. Once we receive this, we will reply with the return address where you can ship back the product to us and a link to start the return process.
Please note that we will not entertain returns and replacement request beyond 7 days, so make sure to check the item you have ordered from us right away once you have received it. Don't just let it sit there, and open later passed the time.
After you have posted back the item to us within 7 days, please email us the tracking number, also attach the picture of your proof of shipping (e.g. receipt or waybill) on the email. Send it to us on the day when you shipped the item back, so we can start processing your refund right away.
The money will be refunded back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction.
Please allow 3-7 days from the time you have sent us the proof of shipping of the item you have returned for the funds to show in your account.
